Inc. was founded January 18, 2005 with a primary goal in mind;

founder and president, Angela N. Upleger, currently practices
as a Registered Nurse and Bariatric Nurse Coordinator in the
state of Tennessee. Since 1989, she has worked in the fields
of geriatrics, maternal and infant care, neo-natal ICU, pediatrics,
emergency care, medical & surgical critical care, surgical
pre-op, weight management, obesity and Bariatric nutrition.
